Shipping Policy

All shipping is at the purchasers expense and will be shipped the next business day. please keep in mind that Northern Oceans is not responsible for any damage done while in shipping and will not be replaced if not returned or insured. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided for information regarding your package and your convenance.

In the event of an out-of-stock, back-ordered or special order product, you will receive an email to confirm delays, if any. You will have

the right to refuse the order, at which time you will be fully refunded.

Northern Oceans reserves the right to correct shipping costs after checkout if corrections are required. You will be contacted and you will have the right to refuse the order, at which time you will be fully refunded.

Northern Oceans will only ship to Canada via Canada Post and/or Fed-ex. main based orders can be picked-up, at which time your shipping fees will be refunded. You will be notified by email when your package is ready to be picked up.

Warranty

The ONLY warranty available at Northern Oceans is that of the manufacture. Because every manufacture is different, Northern Oceans suggest visiting their official product website for any warranty information. All warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer and you. Northern Oceans will only provide you with confirmation of purchase via your purchase receipt and will not warranty and items purchased under any circumstance

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently there is NO returns or exchanges on any  dry goods items including equipment of any kind due to the current Cover-19 Pandemic. All corals that are picked up or delivered are arrive alive guaranteed for the first 12hrs after receiving them and following the acclimation guild provided in your package for your fish and corals if this is not followed there will be no refunds or store credits given. Upon receiving your fish or corals you must take a picture of any fish or corals that did not make the shipping alive and send them to Northern Oceans e-mail to start the  account credit process or have a replacement sent or delivered at your expense. All corals and fish that are considered high risk for shipping have to be picked up in store or hand delivered at the purchasers expense No exceptions. if you have any further questions about shipping and handling please do not hesitate to e-mail us with your question and it will be answered as soon as possible.
